Our Story
The original Fiesta branch was established in Las Vegas in 2001. As the Filipino community in the area grew, we recognized a significant increase in population within the Henderson area. In response to the community’s needs and to provide easier access to authentic Filipino cuisine, we opened our Henderson branch in 2010.
In the years that followed, the Southwest region of Las Vegas experienced rapid development and an increased demand for Filipino dining options. This led to the opening of our third branch at Durango and Warm Springs in January 2016.
While we continue to grow and adapt with the times, our commitment to serving authentic Filipino food remains unchanged.

We specialized in authentic Filipino cooking. Some of our specialties include Crispy Pata, Kare-kare, Beef Kaldereta, Palabok, Dinuguan, Grilled Pork and Chicken BBQ, Lechon Kawali among others.
