Business Story
Fiesta Filipina Cuisine has proudly served authentic Filipino comfort food to the Las Vegas community since 2001. Founded by husband-and-wife team Adorancion “Dory” Guevarra and Ernesto Guevarra, what began as a single restaurant on Jones Boulevard quickly became a favorite gathering place for locals craving traditional Filipino dishes and the comforting flavors of home.
Inspired by traditional family recipes and the welcoming spirit of Filipino hospitality, Dory and Ernesto built Fiesta Filipina around the idea of creating a place where guests could enjoy familiar flavors, celebrate special occasions, and feel at home. Their passion for sharing Filipinoculture through food helped establish Fiesta Filipina as one of the most recognized Filipino restaurants in Southern Nevada.
As the Filipino community in Las Vegas continued to grow, Fiesta Filipina expanded to better serve families across the valley. In 2010, the second location opened in Henderson on St. Rose Parkway, bringing authentic Filipino cuisine closer to the growing southeast community. In January 2016, the restaurant opened its third location at Warm Springs and Durango in Southwest Las Vegas. From the very beginning, the Durango location has been managed by Jon and Eillane Lim.
On February 1, 2021, Fiesta Filipina experienced the heartbreaking loss of co-founder Ernesto Guevarra. Despite the family’s loss, the restaurant continued to honor his legacy by serving the community with the same warmth, hospitality, and authentic Filipino flavors he helped establish.
In 2025, after decades of dedication to the Filipino community, Adorancion “Dory” Guevarra retired. Following her retirement, her eldest daughter, Eillane Lim, and son-in-law, Jon Lim, took over operations of the Jones Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway locations, continuing the family tradition and commitment to authentic Filipino cuisine.
Today, Fiesta Filipina Cuisine continues to serve classic Filipino favorites including Crispy Pata, Kare-Kare, Palabok, BBQ skewers, Lumpia, and Lechon Kawali. With three locations across Las Vegas and Henderson, Fiesta Filipina remains a family-owned restaurant dedicated to preserving Filipino culinary traditions while serving generations of loyal customers and welcoming new guests with the spirit of Filipino hospitality. Proudly known as the “Home of Your Favorite Lutong Pampanga,” Fiesta Filipina continues to bring the comforting flavors and rich culinary heritage of Pampanga to families throughout Southern Nevada.
